Refined sugar is poison.  It's probably as much as responsible for chronic disease and premature death as processed meats.  

The biggest problems with sugar are it's addictive, and it's everywhere.  The biggest problem I have with sugar is it killed my dad.

 Right now, humans are developing an addiction to sugar on a global basis.  Food merchants are getting sneakier at camouflaging sugar in their products.  

But, there is a way to break sugar addiction.
